An elderly couple is trapped at home for days due to a flood. The husband is an Alzheimer’s patient. His wife suffers from ageing-associated diseases but takes care of both, trying hard to survive until help comes.

Based on real-life events about one of the worst floods that struck India’s Kerala in 2018, the film carries a human dimension by focusing on the couple, their physical and psychological weakness. By shifting between their romantic past and painful present, the director was able, amid the disastrous atmosphere, to formulate some gentle and soft scenes.
