How to Make Your Screenplay Attractive to Producers Workshop

Cairo International Film Festival announces a workshop for filmmakers entitled “How to Make Your Screenplay Attractive to Producers”. Egyptian and resident of Egypt screenwriters can apply for the workshop, which aims to guide them in their first steps to realize their work, through a series of lectures and intensive meetings held over three days to help them reach production and support entities, understand what these entities seek in new projects, and how to submit and develop screenplays.

Requirements:

1. Citizen or resident of Egypt
2. At least 18 years old or older at the time of application
3. Have at least one short film as a writer or director

This workshop will be held during Cairo Industry Days, which will be held from November 14 to 21, 2024

Participants must commit to attending all days of the workshop and all programs associated with the workshop.

To qualify for this workshop, applicants must submit the following:

1. Full name
2. WhatsApp contact number
3. CV (maximum 150 words)
4. A script of a feature film

The deadline for receiving applications is Thursday, August 29, 2024.
