“We are Egyptian Armenians” delivers a message of tolerance and acceptance. It traces Egypt during a time when people from all over the world were welcome to live, work and openly express their cultural identities. We follow the stories of the Armenians who came to Egypt after the massacre in 1915, learning secrets passed from generation to generation.
